Hi, I have some mp3s but their quality is mediocre. I was wondering what is the best application to improve the quality of mp3s ?

It's very difficult to create data where there is none. Really the only option is to re-author the MP3's at a higher bitrate.

An anology would be trying to sharpen a thumbnail size image into a clear 8x10. There's just not enough information available.

If you have the .wav or whatever, or a project, export it to a higher bitrate.

Pretty much what admin said...

Try searching google, but I doubt that you'll find authentic stuff...
