Computer freezing after rt click in windows explorer

My computer freezes everytime I right click on a folder. I have to go into task manager and close the frozen window, and then I get a Drwatson Postmortem Debugger error. If I click on it my computer either freezes and needs to be restarted or all the applications close on the computer.

I also cannot use my defragmenter or video players, they cause the same problems as right clicking.

I already had the Windows XP Service Pack 2 installed.

I ran Ad-aware, Spybot S&D, CWShreder, TrojanHunter, and Ewido Anti-Malware. I have tried deleting the accounts on my computer and starting a new on it as well. When in safemode my computer had the same problem with right clicking and the Drwatson error.
