Hello all first time use of geeks
I have several problems 1) Quicktime 5 won't initiate even after reinstall from camera disc(all worked before)
2) I have google world installed and I cannot remove this using' Add& Remove programs' it gives message a 'Setup.exe has encountered a problem & needs to close'
Any help would be appreciated,only simple language please.

Have you "uninstalled" quicktime 5 before trying to reinstall it?

Is there a repair function on the Google World Add/Remove Programs entry?
Where did you install Google World from?
