web publishing wizard trouble

I am trying to publish web pages using web publishing wizard. I goofed up the first time I ran the wizard, now it won't let me back in to correct the mistake. I just get the message that reads "error occured while verifying your login credentials". service temporarily unavailable. I've been trying to fix this for a week now. Any suggestions?

tried systems restore, no luck. Even called dell, what a joke! Sure, they can help...for99$
