That's the way to do it...
You'll need to contact your network administrator.

Hello there.
I have tried to do the same thing but in vain. I later researched it and found out that MSN has disabled the OUTLOOK link for new accounts because of the constant flooding of junk mail.
This feature has been relegated to the paid accounts however. If you buy a subscription, MSN will provide the code necessary to have your HOTMAIL picked up by OUTLOOK.
I have an old account and it works with express, but two of my newer ones don't.
Outlook express has a feature for HTTP mail servers, but OUTLOOK does not.
Sorry but that is what I have found out.

Now does this procedure work on all online email types including yahoo? This might be pretty cool, I was always curious about setting up outlook express.

Hi,
The synchronisation of hotmail to outlook express automatically happened in XP for me. I set up outlook for my persoanl accounts. Then downloaded MSN Messenger, which automatically added all my messenger contacts to my outlook express contacts. It also auto synchronised the inbox, sent items, deleted items and junk mail settings as well.
Which was nice.
