Wierd things are happening

Sooo the wierdest thing is happening... Its been going on for a while.. ever since i put a new Harddrive in my Lapto p which is a C800 Latitude... eversince i put the new harddrive in after like 30 mins off use or even less the Fans to the pc turn on they are located in the back.. when they turn on everything slows down really bad... mostly in my firefox and other stuff... I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND.. yes my pc is virus freee and all that jazzz but i cant seem to figure out wut the problem is.. i dont think this pc is under warranty anymore would dell kno anything about this?
