xp freezes/reboots

P4 2.8
1 gig kingstom ram(2x512)
ati radeon 9550

160 seagate sata HDD
160 seagate ATA hdd
Clean install of XP Home on 160 SATA
Clean install of Win2K on 160 ATA :blink:

XP Home/ randomly freezes/reboots
Win2K works flawlessly

Ran Memtest on each RAM seperately(over 6 hours) tested good
Hdd temp 32c
CPU temp 33c
New 500W PSU

Any ideas???

This happened to me on a dual Win98/XP machine, I just had to reinstall XP after formatting the partition it was on. Worked fine for me.
