I've been building websites, and business is picking up. I'm thinking I need more than just emails and handshakes to spell out who owns what, and the terms of the agreement. Does anyone have a contract they are willing to share to get me started creating my own? I'd be interested in things you had to learn the hard way in this business, too. Tell me what NOT to do, or allow, as well as what works for you.

I know it will help to have someone provide you with some TOS rules and everything, however, consider asking a legal professional for the do's and don'ts.
