I cant delete a file

I have a video file that i have already watched and now i want to delete it. But whenever i try to delete the file i an error message telling me :

" It is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using this file and try again."

I've restarted my computer and I still get the same message. Can anyone please help me out?

Download Killbox from here. Brouse to locate the the file, check "clean on reboot", click the red cross.

use Unlocker....its the best software i think just right click the file n click unlock as simple as tht...herez the link
