I sent my computer back to the company to be fixed awile back, and when I got it back it seemed to work fine. Now I have noticed that the USB ports do not work. My jump drive does not work in it, nor can I plug a printer into it.

Actually if you are using windows xp and you have at lease service pack 1 then all the usb drivers are already there...

look in device manager and see what it lists for usb.... if nothing then they may be disabled... try going into setup ( by hitting either the del or f2 key usually ) before the computer starts windows.... you'll have to look around in there for usb to see if there are any settings there...
