What does all this mean?

I was burning a dvd folder using Nero7 but after pressing the burn button it says "file reallocation failed" and I got this from the log:

nero burner does have a few problems have you tried using the copy and paste facillity onto where the disc is located and then click on the burn facilty it will then ask you where you whant to save the filre in an achive. if that dont work try unistalling nero and re-install.
