when using dvd shrink nero says it is using interface 6.3

when using dvd shrink it wont burn because it says it is using interface 6.3. we have nero 7 installed, the only way we can get it to work is by uninstalling and then reinstalling nero then it will let us burn twice then on the third and subsiquent times tell us that it is using interface 6.3. my husband has used the nero cleaner but that still hasnt made a difference. when we first installed it it worked fine but since we have tried to put newer neros on it has stuffed up :whistling:

Your only option is probably to revert to Nero 6.x

DVDShrink circumvents copyright protection, and violates the DMCA. Due to this, it's been ruled illegal and is no longer available from the author. We are unable to offer support for illegal software.
