Download and install Startup Inspector for Windows:

(Note: you must be logged in to have access to the download link)

Uncheck the "C:\WINDOWS\EXPLORER.EXE" entry and click the Apply icon. You may notice other programs you wish to disable as well.

Hi Admin,
I Downloaded the program you suggested.
When I looked at all the items C:\WINDOWS\EXPLORER.EXE did not exsist on it. <_<

if u suffer this problem think back when you didnt have this problem and perform a system restore...for me it was just yesturday so i just restored back from yesturday and everything is A OK!

Admin, i know your busy but if you look he has a odd file in his first log... C:\PROGRAM FILES\EVIDENCE ELIMINATOR\EE.EXE and a 04 - hkcu registry look: O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Evidence Eliminator] C:\PROGRAM FILES\EVIDENCE ELIMINATOR\ee.exe /m
