Trying to mess with a friends computer ehh ?

Well if you go into Control Panel -> Mouse -> Then you can X in a box to switch the click.

There is no option or way that i know to completly disable it.

Or you can disable the mouse and use your keybord instead for a mouse.

Control Panel -> Accessibility Options -> Mouse (tab) -> "X" Use mouse Keys.

Those are the only ways you going to get anywere (that i know of from windows OS) to change your mouse config.
