windows task manager normal?

when i have the task manager screen up,i see 2 processes that are running and i was wondering if they should be there or not they are,1-google search-windows task manager warning internet explorer-microsoft internet explorer-running and 2-warning-microsoft internet explorer-running.i did not want to post this in the virus forum becuase i not sure if it is one.any idears?

well neither one of those is a "red flag" type of process. Though, it is odd that there would be a "warning" beside the google search. What, if any, windows are open when you check the task manager?
