Help!

Cannot install Frontpage 2003. Running windows XP home edition. Getting message stating that the installation source is corrupted. I uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2003 and still no luck. Microsoft has a fix which says to download XML 3.0 Service Pack 4, if you are lucky you might be able to find the download, I can't. Any suggestions??? :whistling:
