Hijacked IE

My son internet explorer appears to have been hijacked. Instead of his home page being google it is a unsavoury advert entitled about blank.

I've run various malware programmes but it is still there.

I've know run Hijack and here is the log. Can anyone help?
(I've put Norton on after the infection to no avail)
