windows protection error

hi while trying a clean boot on a computer on some start ups i get

while initializing device ndis
windows protection error
you need to restart computer

so it is turned off then restarted and i get the select safe mode screen as windows was not shut down properly , if i turn it off and on again it restarts and boots ok

i can restart it several times and then this happens again
any ideas cheers brada

Hi Brada
Are you running a cpu at 2.2GHZ or Faster? If yes then you need a hotfix from Microsoft.
You have to contact Microsoft for this Fix.
