Can any one help with my recycle bin it has a RB4 tmp in it and it will not delete,
If and when it doe's sometime's it's back when PC is rebooted and swiched on,?
Any solutions, please,

When it deletes, does it appear in its original location, or back in the recycle bin
Either way, try using Unlocker from my signature, install and reboot, right click the file, click Unlocker and select delete
