Hard Disk Says It Is Full

My 40 gb western digital hard disk has got 33 gb free
then in the space of a second it says it is full i am using
a jetway motherboard with crush guard that keeps a backup
so i restore and it is back to 33 gb this happens 2 or 3 times
a day
please help

It's not a good idea to restore your computer 2-3 times daily. I'm not familiar with Crush Guard. Is it what's telling you that your drive is full? Maybe you can just change a setting, so it allows more hard drive usage before reporting? Have you tried checking the drive properties to see what Windows reports when getting this message?
