I made some changes to my user account and deleted the administrator and now I cant make any changes to my computer. What do I do to fix this ? Please help.

boot into Safe mode
This will give access again

To delete an account you should be Administrator. Try that account to create another Administrator Account. Usually booting in Safe mode will enter to Adminisrator acount by default.

Try safe mode and creating a new user account and let us know.

start....run...type mscionfig clik ok.....under boot tab click safeboot apply restart

then after you do it all over run msconfig and select normal start up then apply or ok then restart
