Hi,

I would like to buy a PC with ASUS P5PE-VM for MB, P4 3GB, and 512 RAM for a server, with OS Windows Server 2003.
But my friend said that the moterhboard is not compatible with Windows Server 2003, it only works for XP with SP2.

Could it be...?

I do need your advise here.
