You don't need to talk to a doctor to get the sexual help that you need. Have a look here.
We sell all of the most popular erectile dysfunction medication at literally 1/5th the cost.

If you buy medication to enhance erections now, you really should check out:

http://tjzmzky0g6zyl...b.ovhaeuior.com

We back our medications up with a full 45-day guarantee. If you are not 100% satisified, we will refund you no questions asked.

Sincerely,

Hi Steve,

Spam is something you can try to prevent. Once it starts, all you can do is filter it.
http://www.gmailusers.com/spam.htm

To prevent getting spam: don't give out your email address and certainly do not post it anywhere online.

No guarantees that it will completely prevent spam, but the opposite is certainly true.
If you want spam all you need to do is post your emailaddress somewhere in the open.

Regards,

Did you get the gmail account by invitation or did you invite others using that account?

Hotmail does have their own spamfilter by the way, but that's not waterproof either.

Website servers get hacked. Some sell their emailaddress database, but that sort of thing is all very rare.

If you leave the address in someones guestbook, on your own site or someone else's then you are practically asking for it.
Everything else is a matter of who you trust. Not only to keep it confident, but also to guard their data.
