Setting up a internet connection on a friends computer using another friends ISP.
Problem found( is a box comes up when accessing a web site."this web site doesnt have a rating"
this is password authorised progress only.
since my friend has never had a ISP connection and the computer is his...have surmised that the proplem is a web approval rating was put on by the owner of the ISP connection.
Can anyone confirm this.
Also is there a way to get around this problem as the computer owner would like to use the net as soon as possible.
Any enlightenment in this situation would be appreciated.)
