Spyware and Trojan Removal (Resolved)

I inadvertently downloaded ImCodec anad all of a sudden Virusburst and a ZLob trojan infected my laptop. I did a scan with spydoctor and tried to remove the files manually. The problem returned. Can you step me through gerring this junk off my computer?

ImediaCodec was installed. It in turn infected my system with Virusburst. I think I got rid of the Virusburst manually, but I can't get rid of the ImediCodec. Please help. My Highjackthis log is below.
