I was trying to back up my hard drive using Norton Ghost, and it got up to the 9th DVD and crashed with something like 70% remiaining. Rather than start over, I would like to just go back to windows, but it won't let me. it gives me options like "run norton ghost dos operation" and "return to windows without running norton ghost" but neither of them work, they just reboot the machine.

I don't have a windows CD but if I really need one I can get ahold of one.
Option 1 (run ghost) produces an error message with 3 options, run dos, run windows, or retry. Run dos runs dos just fine, run windows reboots, and retry brings me into norton ghost with different options depending on the computer's mood (sometimes it wants a DVD, sometimes it gives me a whole menu)

I've tried to boot in safe mode, or anything, but I can't find the menu to do that either. I press F8 and nothing happens, I press F11 (to get to the boot menu) and I just get to pick which drive to boot from. That doesn't help.

Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks

Corey
