dr watson error

I have two mpg files that when right clicked on lock my system, and give me a dr watson post mortom debugger error. Also I cannot delete them. any ideas. I have tried going into safe mode and deleting them with a shredder, but still does not work.

tony, there are a couple of nasty malware infections going around that results in the error.

Please read the pinned message in that forum, follow the instructions.

If, at the end of the process, the files are still present and undeletable, please return here (I believe the malware infaction is using those files, and that is why they cannot be deleted--if that is not the case, I've got a can of heavy duty delete the file whoop-butt for just this problem ) :tazz:
