Hi ive just purchased the MSI 975x platinum and when i boot up the pc it comes up with cmos checksum error - defaults loaded... any help would be great thanks

this is whats on the screen when it locks up...
975X Plat W7246IMS V7.0 071206 11:38:16

main processor:Intel 466mhz
Memory testing:2096128k
CPU Brand name: INtel core 2 cpu 6300 @1.86ghz
C1E BIOS Supported
EM64t cpu
memory frequency for ddr2 533 (dual channel mode enabled)
then it had ide checks then..
Floppy disk fail (40)
CMOS checksum error-defaults loaded..

It says press f1 or delete but the pc is locked up...

My actually memory is ddr 2 667 but it shows 533..

Ive got a 450 watt power supply antec...

also ive tried resetting the bios and removing the battery..
