We were trying to send our address book to a second computer. We first went to Tools, then Options, then Address Book Options. At Address Book Options we went to data sharing and clicked on data sharing. We had to exit and re-start.When we did,we could not open the address book or send an e-mail message. The screen message said we had to reinstall Windows XP. How can we get back to the tools menu and reverse the address book data sharing option?
It seems that it may have something to do with the Spybot or Windows scan we are running.
