I just received my long-awaited Lite-On DVD burner (YAYYYYY) last Friday. It's set up for USB 2.0. I immediately tested it after hooking it up to one of my USB 1 connections. Over two frustrating hours later at 8x speed a complete DVD was finally burned.... So I went to Wal-Mart today and found a USB 2.0 hub which I'm considering getting, but I decided to check here first. Can you plug a USB 2.0 hub into a USB 1 port? And if not, what would I need?

(For those who haven't read any of my previous messages, I have a AMD Athlon XP.)

Thanks (as always) !
