I am preparing for my A+ Core Hardware exam. To practice, I am using the CertBlaster program. So far I have taken 2 of the 4 practice exams offered through this program, in which I got an 84% and an 89%.

I guess what I am asking is this: How does the CertBlaster prep exams compare to the actual exam itself?

Also, as a quick add on: Will businesses be reluctant to hire me if I have a 2003 exam certification (Since the updated 2006 certification comes out this December)?

Thank you in advance for you help.

Hi. I'm sure that someone can help you, but some of these questions might be better answered by your teacher. I mean, no doubt, this person has seen many tests and knows what's there for you. Give him/her a ring.
