Yahoo crshes

Dear all who can help. :whistling:

I am having trouble with Yahoo it doesn't seem to like me.

I have run events viewer and this is the error reported.
Faulting application yahoomessenger.exe, version 8.0.0.716, faulting module flash9.ocx, version 9.0.16.0, fault address 0x00075b05

I have reinstalled both Yahoo and Flash player several times, this does not seem to resolve the problem.
I would really appreciate some advice on this matter.
