Alcohol 120% installation problem

When i try to load the program my computer cant find the .exe file. I also get this when I try and uninstall the program. When i try to install the program i get an error message Failed Calling CreateFile; GetLastError = 32. If anyone can help that would great.

where did you get the original installation from?

i dont remember either from the alcohol website or download.com
