Hi,

5 month old computer working perfectly with previous broadband supplier. Changed suppliers and still had no problems. Switched off accidently before closed down properly and lost everything. Recovery Disc run and all seemed fine. When trying to connect to ISP great difficulty in obtaining connection. Eventually connection obtained but now no longer connecting every time. Sometimes takes 8 or 9 tries over period of 1 hour or so. Phoned ISP who ran checks and stated everything OK. Next day same problem only connecting after about 6 goes.

Any ideas or help gratefully received.
