yup it boots itelf over and over again without letting me start a session i've tried all the safe modes and none works the last thing i did was install pand and it asked to restart and i did and it broke and since when i turn it on when xp is loading it restarts itself over and over again

If you have a win XP cd you can use it to do a repair install of windows you you can remove the panda software.
