Hi Ive had this on my computer for over a month we even took it to a computer place to get fixed however the virus seemed to have went dormaint and a couple minutes after we I hooked it up it came right back I also have the avg antivirus downloaded but its not doing anything for it I put the computer in safe mode and ran combofix and it found the virus but when the computer rebooted it was still there if somebody can help me Id really appreciate it cause the only other thing Iknow to do is crash my computer
