I don't know why but I can not send emails to any email address outside my work network. THis has happened after mY IT guy tampered my Laptop. I get an undelieverable message every time I do. I can only send emails to the users with the same address (server ) as mine.

What could be the case???

you shold probably talk to your company's IT staff. there may be a reason beyond our controll for this...also...they own the network not us.
