Can't start HJT

Performed the steps to remove malware and wanted to post a HJT log but got an error after clicking on the downloaded icon.

Required .DLL file MSVBVM60.DLL was not found, cannot start HJT

Not sure what this file is or where to find it.

I posted this in the wrong OS sorry. I've posted it in Win98SE, Is this file the same for Win98SE?

just let install where it wants to

or when you get the install window or pop-up click browse

choose windows folder

hope its works out for you
