I went through all the steps that were provided. None seemed to work. Last thing I did was to use the CW shredder and when I rebooted the computer, it seemed to be gone. There was an Icon in the tray at the bottom of my computer that told me I had a backdoor trojan at times and other times told me I had some other trojan that wanted to direct me to a malware removal download. Everytime I clicked on internet explorer, My homepage turned into a spyware site. It seems to be gone now... but how can I be sure. It didn't show up on any of the spyware, malware removal sites you had me use.
