desktop slow to load programs debugged

Please help!!! I have run every program recommended by your site and updated my Windows. They found some trackers and even some infections, which were removed, but it didn't help. Unfortunately my comuter is still a very sick puppy. The desktop takes forever to load. When I run programs they often freeze and when I try to end them, I get an error message that they are being debugged. My McAfee's firewall keeps on getting disabled, even though I reinstalled the whole program a few times. Please help! I will be so thankful!
