Win/Firewall ICS service will not respond and activate, says error 1068 re: dependencies.

Also, can't get at Win Firewall, it freezes.

Can't open a network connection icon, as the entire window freezes up.....

Did numerous virus, malware, and trojan scans.

Help ! No internet....poops out in 5 minutes
