I am the ultimate computer dummy, but I'm trying to mend my ways. My Dell MusicMatch Jukebox quits playing after a second or two. Help! The on-line help is days away. I need my music.

add/remove control panel applet...remove wild tangent...you don't need it...indeed, you do not want it,
