I've found numerous articles on the internet on how to fix this problem but all are too complex for me to understand, when I turn on my laptop(dell, windows xp) it starts normally then a popup says :
'windows cannot load locally stored profile, it will use a temporary one. possible cause of this error include insufficient security rights or corrupt local profile ' or something along those lines. I then see all my documents and everything they have all gone and the computer is like how I first got it.
Lately I have tried to install a pirated program 'Adobe Photoshop CS2 v9.0' and it wasn't able to install for security reasons or something.
So I'm pretty confused, help would be very muchly appeciated!!
(I am currently on my other computer)
Thanks.
