Had a problem with my pc. when turning on, windows wouldn't load. Phoned the helpline from where I bought the pc and they told me to hit F11 Key and talked me through the error messages. In the end I had to do a full system restore which has returned my pc to its origional state.
I had alot of photographs saved in 'my pictures' wich are very valuable to me(sentimental).
I have been told you can get these back but I do not know how or where to start.
any help would be appreciated.
