Hi all

My internet explorer isn't working. I am using MSN explorer for now, but I would really like to go back to Internet explorer. When I open it, it says: "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". And when I looked at the error report to see what's wrong, it said something about uxanaqi.dll I googled the dll file, but nothing came up...should I just delete it? I think that I might've accidently downloaded a bad file which corrupted this. Is there anything else I can try to fix it?

Please help!!!
Thanks :whistling:

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
thanx James
