Pop ups and other virus problems

hi, my parents are haveing trouble with thier compter and pop-ups. many of them are valger and gross. i think there is a virus infecting thier computer. is there any way you can help me remove this virus and get thier computer working again. Thier computer is a dell. they had this same problem a couple months ago and i contacted you and we got it fixed, but i lost the paper work.

If you're still having trouble, We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and reply here with your log.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
