made my computer send "Symantec Proxy emails." I posted a request for help on 10/11/06, but nobody has replied to my first attempt. The HJT log informed me that I had xzoomy.com and advnt1. I have since removed them, as well as trying to remove Brave Sentry and _mzu_stonedrv3. I have also removed my Norton Utilities (which I planned on doing anyway). I already ran Spybot, Ad-Aware, Trend Housecall, and Panda antivirus before.
Now my problem is worse when operating in normal mode, instead of attempting to send off a few hundred random emails, my computer tells me that "9f3584.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close"; then my computer will randomly restart (without warning), run a disc check on reboot and still tell me the same thing. The cycle then seems to continue. Also, I cannot run my Spyware programs (it causes a restart) or access the internet. Similar problems happen when in Safe mode.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE help me. Here is the current HJT log. Thank you very much for your help.
