Hi ,
I am new here and to be honest not good at all with puters so i am begging u to help me this issue it drove me crazy !!!
I have norton anitvirus 2006 and keeps sayin that my pc is infested with dialer.generic , it scans the file and says is removed but whitin few mins it shows up again along with Spyware Removal Wizard asking me if i wanna install Ultimate Denfender ?
Did all the steps mentioned in " You Must Read This Before Posting A Hijackthis Log" gonna post the Hijackthis log .
I tryed to reboot my pc and start in Safe MOde ( i searched other posts looking for an answer to my problem) but i cant :whistling: my laptop its generating Windows when i press F8 ? weird huh"? and also cant find some key other users found , control002 , i will give more details if necessary.
This is a copy from norton report, and this thing bugs me every 2 min even tho it says deleted it appears everytime i open a new IE and same time i get a AVG Anti-Spyware warning sayin it detected a malware , name Trojan.Dialer.qs.
