A couple of ways, use the default NTFS format, not quick with this

Remember to delete the existing partitions

http://www.winsupers...xp_sg_clean.asp

This will add an hour per 25GB of hard drive size but will return the drive to an as as new as possible condition

To completely erase all data on the drive(s)

Click this to download Boot and Nuke

Click this for a guide to using Boot and Nuke

Use the autonuke option, which could take 8 hours or so to format a 200 GB Hard Drive, then when you run Windows set up, check it is creating a RAW1 partition on C, if the drive letter is different, restart the PC and it should default to C

I would go with Boot and Nuke then pick up the first link from the install

XP will still want to do its own format which should be default NTFS, not quick, check it is creating RAW partition on C, if the drive letter is different, press the restart button

Use any PC to download it, save it to floppy using the link in post 6, or use this if you want to put it on CDR

http://prdownloads.s...86.iso?download

It needs to be burned as an iso image file, using another PC then run it on your PC with the hard drive in
