I've been having a lot of problems with it lately. It doesn't open when i click it, and whenever i log into my computer one of the processes from Trend Micro (I think) it says theres an error with it. Usually PcCtlCom.exe and then once there was this other one but only once. But i get an error for this one every time i boot. And it wont let me uninstall for some reason,it says " The Installation Package cannot be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer Package." This happens no matter if I try and install or uninstall it. I dont know what the problem is. I even redownloaded the trial and i get the same error. Any help on this and I WOULD BE EXTREMELY GRATEFUL.
